Deportation and Removal Defense

If you, or a loved one has been placed into removal proceedings, your deportation case will be sent to the Immigration Court.
If you are detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), we will start our representation of you through the request of a bond hearing. If the bond is granted, you will not be required to remain in custody for the remainder of the proceedings
